Please note that opened albums and limited edition merchandise are generally ineligible for return due to the collectible nature of the products.

Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all posters, photocards, and inclusions are present and the factory seal is intact.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
